How We Got Started.

It all began when one successful IT entrepreneur had a chance to reflect on the IT Service industry. William Shilson had a passion for customer service and the untapped power of SaaS offerings such as Microsoft 365 and a belief that it was about to radically transform the business universe. He believed this power should taken advantage by all and could give small- and medium-sized businesses the stage and tools they needed to compete against anyone. And so S76 was born.
